Matters needing attention

1. Inquiry Submission When customers initiate inquiries, whether submitting orders on the website or sending emails, please describe the important parameters such as materials, quantity, specifications, standards, etc. as clearly as possible. If you have product drawings, please upload them and ensure that the drawings are clear and the parameters are complete. If you have special requirements, please make clear notes.

2. Inquiry response After receiving the customer's inquiry, we will arrange a dedicated product manager to discuss the specific details of the order with you within 8 hours and provide professional suggestions for the inquiry order.

3. Order confirmation and quotation After the details of the order are discussed and confirmed by both parties, we will provide the customer with a formal final quotation (FOB or EXW), which is usually valid for 15 days.

4. Payment If all ordered products are in stock, pay 100% of the order amount; if the ordered products are customized, pay the agreed advance payment. (Generally, the advance payment is 30% of the total order amount) Payment method: T/T, credit card, Paypal, Alipay

5. Order production After the customer places an order and pays, we will arrange production in the production department as soon as possible, and the product manager will promptly feedback the production progress. After the order enters the production stage, it is not allowed to modify the order. If it is really necessary to modify it, it must be approved in writing by our product manager.

6. Inspection by the Quality Inspection Department After the order is produced, we will inspect all products involved in the order one by one to ensure that the product quality is qualified.

7. Packaging and warehousing We will determine the packaging method based on customer requirements, product attributes and quantity.
